eSolve with its regional partner Etios has successfully upgraded Temenos T24 from R12 to R17 for a bank in Slovenia. The upgrade will enhance the technology platform in line with the banks focus to improve customer experience and provide a wider range of product offerings.
The upgrade was done in a record time of 5 months (one of the first few banks to upgrade successfully to R17 from R12). Commenting on the occasion, Guru Prasanna, eSolve architect of the upgrade project, “Temenos Core Banking System upgrade to R17 will enable the bank to further increase its operational efficiencies and improve its compliance and risk management functions. It will also provide the Bank an advanced banking platform to achieve its digital transformation goals”
N.S. Kannan, eSolve LOOM center head said, with the usage of “Cuspos” product of esolve along with the t24 upgrade to latest release, the business can benefit with the 360 degree view of the customer and take better decision.
The bank is using t24 for all its corporate banking needs and processes about 800000 payment transaction on peak days. The whole upgrade was done with professional approach of the eSolve team and the banks t24 IT team. With the continuous monitoring and preventive maintenance of the eSomas (eSolve Managed Application Service), the t24 is capable of processing 800000 payments and the cob on average takes about 3 hours on working days and about 4 and half hours for month end.
